Students, willing to get leave of absence, must forward an application seeking permission from the Honorable Principal through his/her class teacher. In case of emergency a student should apply to the Principal showing appropriate cause for leave. In case of remaining absent unauthorized, a message is sent to the respective guardian’s contact number immediately after the form class or initial class asking for sending a signed note explaining the reason. If a student is found absent at a stretch, his/her parents will be called upon in person to show the cause behind. In case of physical illness, the student must submit a medical certificate along with the leave application to the respective class teacher. The name of a student will be struck off the rolls, if he/she remains absent for 15 days in a month without informing the school authority.
